This week on Beers with the Brewers, Kayla, Bonnie, Adam and Mark riff on pop culture influence on beer naming. With so many names already taken, inspiration can come from virtually anywhere!

Lawnraker - Oktoberfest

This week Mark, Adam, Walt and Chris talk about a L-G fall classic, Lawnraker Oktoberfest. Concentrate v.103 - Hazy IPA

This week Dan, Walt, Adam and Mark discuss the latest iteration of our rotating hazy IPA, Concentrate. Concentrate v.103 is the third release in our new quarterly Concentrate Hazy IPA series, brewed with both traditional and Cryo-Hops (concentrated lupulin from whole-leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oil) to deliver massive amounts of juicy, hoppy aroma and hop flavor.

One Goal, One Rye'd - Rye Pale Ale 2019

This week Mark, Walt and Dan discuss One Goal, One Rye’d, IPA Day beers, and have to call Adam for a tiebreaker on crush-ability. This Rye Pale Ale offers up a bit of spice from the malt that pairs nicely with citrus notes from hops. $1.00 from each six pack sold and $1.00 from each taproom pour goes directly toward Pelotonia’s goal of ending cancer once and for all.

Blackberry Jamble 2019

The warm moonlit nights of a midwest summer are an invitation to get the band back together, tune up the strings, and gather ’round the fire. Our Blackberry Ale is a friendly companion for dog day rambles, ambles, and jambles of all varieties. It is An easy drinking ale whose fresh blackberries lend it an extra kiss of summer. Pilsner, Pilsner, Pilsner!

Back from hiatus, our podcast returns and so does Mark after a trip to the Czech Republic and the city of Pilsen, the birthplace of the pilsner! Walt, Adam and Mark share stories of Czech Pilsners, underground lagering caves, tankovna pubs, three ways to drink the original pilsner, and of course enjoy some of our favorite pilsner, Pool Party.
